摘要
采用滤纸片法和固定稀释测定法,研究了鸡腿菇对多种常见微生物的抑制作用。实验结果表明,鸡腿菇对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌有一定的抑制作用。同时以鸡腿菇为主要组分制成涂被液进行樱桃保鲜实验,测定了樱桃失重率、烂果率、Vc含量等指标,表明处理组的樱桃好果率比对照提高38%。
The antibacterial action of the fruiting bodies from coprircus comatus was studied by the methods of agar diffusion and solid dilution.The result showed that the extract of coprircus comatus could inhibit the growth of escherihia coli,staphylococcus aurens,bacillus subtilis.Tests of cherry preserving were carried out by using compound liquid coating membrane which consisted of coprircus comatus.The weight-loss,rot rate and Vitamin C(Vc)were determined.It was shown that the fresh fruit rate of the cherry was 24% higher than that of the control.
