摘要
以陕西省周至县产的秦美猕猴桃为试材,探讨了两种常用市售猕猴桃保鲜剂对猕猴桃贮藏效果的影响。试验结果表明,保鲜剂处理在保持猕猴桃的Vc含量、可溶性固形物含量、酸含量和硬度方面未有更为良好的效果。
This experiment was performed using Qinmei kiwifruit to study on effect of two common preservative agent from market in storage of kiwifruit . The result indicated that preservative agent cannot prevent obviously Vc content, soluble solid content, acid and firmness.
