摘要
为解决汽车差速器壳砂型铸造中存在的飞边毛刺多、偏芯、缩松等缺陷,采用了消失模铸造法生产差速器壳。结果表明,与砂型铸件相比,消失模法生产的铸件尺寸精度及质量提高,工艺出品率提高到65%以上。
In order to solve the defects such as veining,core shift,dispersed shrinkage,etc.,in sand casting process of differential carrier,lost pattern casting was employed to produce differential carrier.Results showed that compared with sand casting castings,dimension precision and quality of lost pattern castings can be improved and rate of finished products can be increased up to65percent.
