广东中山市精神分裂症流行病学调查

Epidemiological investigation on schizophrenia in the city of Zhongshan,Guangdong

目的 :了解中山市精神分裂症流行病学情况。方法 :采用WHO提供 ,1982年和 1993年两次全国精神疾病流行学调查使用的方法。结果 :中山市精神分裂症终生患病率为 7 5 6‰ ,时点患病率为 6 88‰ ,与 1993年比较有增高趋势 (P >0 0 5 ) ;将经济水平分为上、中、下三等 ,以下等经济水平的精神分裂症患病率为高。结论 :精神分裂症患病率增高 ,有关部门今后在制定精神卫生规划时需予以重视。

Objective:The aim of this study was to understand the epidemiological circs on schizophrenia in the city of zhongshang,Guangdong Methods: The same as that used in the 1982 and the 1993 epidemiological investigation on mental disorders in China providing by WHO Resulte: This life time prevalence of 7 56‰ and the time point prevalence of 6 88% for schizophrenia Either the life time rate or time point rate were all of slightly higher than that of 1993(P>0 05) Conclusion: The slight higher but no statistic's difference in the above comparison date It is needed to urge more attention from the health administration to be paid to schizophrenics in the public health planning
