摘要
报道组合型双循环生物人工肝支持系统的构建及其治疗急性肝功能衰竭犬和患者的临床疗效。治疗后,试验对象生命体征稳定,代谢支持作用明显。结果表明:构建的生物人工肝支持系统安全、稳定、有效。
To report construction of Hybrid Bi-circulating Bioartificial Liver Support System and curative effect for canines and pa-tients with acute hepatic failure.After treatment,life signs of subjects were stable and the metabolic support was obvious,which indicated:the Bioartificial Liver Support System which we constructed was safe,stable and efficient.
