摘要
研究了应用MCS96单片机的全数字伺服系统实现宽范围、高精度调速的控制方案及算法。在宽范围调速系统中,为保证高速时必要的数据处理时间及低速时的快速性,低速时采用T法测速,高速时采用M/T法测速;讨论了系统本质上具有时间滞后性.定量计算了全数字伺服系统可能存在的时间滞后,采用Smith预估控制器,有效地克服超调/爬行现象.
The paper discusses the arithmetic and control solution for high-precision & wide scale full-digital servo system applying MCS 96 MCU. T-method is adopted for measuring low speed so as to ensure the responding rapidness, and M/T-method for measuring high speed to ensure the time for dada disposing. This paper quantificationally calculates the lagging attributed to full-digital servo system. It points out that the excess or crawling can be got over by using smith controller add-ons the integral-apart arithmetic.
