摘要
利用模糊模式识别和聚类分析为投标方提前作出合理报价提供了方法.并利用模糊综合评判为招标方决标提供了参考依据.
In this paper, we provide two methods for tender making suit prince in advance by distinguishing fuzzy model and analysing fuzzy gathering. Moreover, the side of calling for tenders may make decision on the method of fuzzy synthetical judgment.
