拜新同对血压昼夜节律异常的逆转作用

Regress role of Baixintong on abnormal circadian blood pressure variability in essential hypertensive patients

目的 探讨拜新同对血压昼夜节律异常的逆转作用。方法 将 10 0例血压昼夜节律异常的原发性高血压患者口服拜新同 ,30mg/d ,治疗 12周 ,观察疗效及复查动态血压。结果 治疗后血压明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,血压昼夜节律异常明显改善 (P<0 .0 1) ,无明显不良反应。结论 拜新同能有效控制血压 ,逆转血压昼夜节律异常 。

Objective To study the regress role of Baixintong on abnormal circadian blood pressure variability in essential hypertensive patients.Methods 100 patiests with abnormal circadian blood pressure varibility in essential hypertension were administered Baixintong 30mg,qd for 12 weeds,clinical efficacy and 24-ambulatoty blood pressure monitory were done.Result Baixintong significantly reduced blood pressure,abnormal circadian blood presssure variability was improved significantly and side reaction was mild.Conclusion Baixingtong is effective and well tolerated in treating hypertensive patients.
