摘要 【目的】 研究有骨骼畸形的小儿体内骨代谢状况。 【方法】 采用病例对照研究方法 ,通过临床问卷调查及骨碱性磷酸酶 (BALP)检测 ,对阳性患儿进一步作血生化及腕部X线摄片检查 ,并与对照组分析比较。 【结果】  12 6例 4~ 6岁骨骼有畸形的小儿中BALP测定阳性率为 2 4.60 % ,诊断为儿童期佝偻病 ,经血钙、血磷、血碱性磷酸酶及X线检查 ,并与对照组比较 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。 To study the state of bone metabolism in children with skeletal deformity . With cases contrast, clinical questionnaire, and bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP) were tested. Then blood biochemistry investigation and wrist X ray examination were taken in the patients with positive reaction, the results were analyzed with the method of group contrast. BALP inspection had been applied to 126 bone deformity children of 4~6 years old, 24.60% had positive reaction, diagnosed as childhood rickets. Compared with the contrast group,the result of the blood calcium, phosphous,alkaline phosphatase and X ray inspection in rickets, had significant differences ( P <0.05).[Conclusions] The diagnosis and prevention of preschool children rickets must be taken the matter seriously.
