随着企业改革不断深入 ,企业党组织必须建立新的工作机制 ,强化队伍管理 ,以思想政治建设为重点 ,狠抓作风建设 ,发挥政治核心作用。主动参与生产经营决策 ,主动承担生产经营任务 ,找准结合点 ,把思想政治工作落到实处 ,促进企业的改革、稳定和发展。企业党务工作者应不断提高素质 ,改进工作方法 。
