摘要
《中华人民共和国信托法》既借鉴了国际立法的积极成果 ,又结合我国国情 ,在信托概念界定、委托人与受托人、受益人权利与义务等方面 。
In view of the experience of international legislation and the present situation of China, The Trust Law of the People's Republic of China has some special regulations that are different from that of the other countries in defining the concept, truster and trustee, the right and duty of the beneficiary.
