胰岛素样生长因子在产科领域中的作用

摘要 胰岛素样生长因子(IGFs)是一类妊娠必需的促进细胞增殖和分化的单肽,并与某些病理妊娠有关。妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)患者血清IGF-Ⅱ含量减少,胎盘IGFs结合蛋白(IGFBP)-1表达增强。绒癌BeWo30细胞Ⅰ型IGFs受体(IGFRI)表达增强,绒癌JEG-3细胞Ⅱ型IGFs受体(IGFRⅡ)表达减少。胎儿生长受限(FGR)孕妇血清、脐血清IGF-Ⅱ含量减少,胎儿血清IGF-Ⅱ含量减少。
