摘要
乳腺癌为甾体激素依赖性肿瘤,内分泌治疗是临床有效的辅助治疗手段之一,而乳腺癌的预后与复发及转移密切相关,细胞外基质蛋白酶降解细胞外基质是乳腺癌复发与转移的关键。研究甾体激素对乳腺癌细胞外基质蛋白酶的调节有利于更好的指导临床治疗和判断预后。
