细胞因子和卵巢过度刺激综合征的关系 被引量:4

摘要 卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)是辅助生殖技术的控制性超排卵过程中较常见也是最严重的并发症,其发病机理尚未完全阐明。近期研究表明,白细胞介素(IL)-1,-2,-6,-8,-10和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)等与OHSS密切相关,在引起OHSS的高血管通透性中起重要作用。进一步探索这些细胞因子与OHSS的关系将为了解其发生发展机理提供理论基础,有利于OHSS的预测。
