摘要
目的 研究贝那普利对糖尿病大鼠早期肾病变防治的效果 ,同时对其机制作初步探索。方法 以STZ诱导的糖尿病大鼠为动物模型进行 6周观察 ,包括常规生化指标 ,尿微量白蛋白 ,血浆心钠肽 ,肾脏转化生长因子的表达 (RT PCR法 )和肾脏病理变化。结果 贝那普利能明显降低STZ大鼠尿白蛋白排泄率 ;减少肾重 /体重比、降低肾脏TGF β1 的表达 ,减轻肾脏的病理损害。结论 贝那普利对STZ糖尿病大鼠早期肾病变有一定的防治作用 ,其作用机制与血浆ANP无明显关系 ,可能与降低肾脏TGF β1 的表达等有关。
Objective To understand the effects of Benazepril to prevent and cure renal lesion in early diabetic rats, and make a basic exploration about its mechanism. Methods Early diabetic rats with renal lesion, induced by streptozotocin(STZ), were observed for six weeks. The indexes included the routine biochemical indexes, urine microalbumin excretory rate, plasma atrial natriuretic peptide, the expression of renal transforming growth factor β 1 (TGF β 1) and renal pathologic change. Results Benazepril could reduce urine microalbumin excretory rate, renal weight/body weight ratio, the expression of renal TGF β 1 and renal pathologic change significantly. Conclusions To some extent, Benazepril can prevent or cure renal lesion in early diabetic rats induced by STZ, and it may do work by reducing the expression of renal TGF β 1,but not relate with plasma ANP.
