熔体处理易拉罐用铝材的中间退火组织与性能

摘要 探讨了经高效熔体处理的易拉罐用铝材中间退火后的再结晶组织、力学性能及制耳倾向的变化规律。结果表明 :经 430℃保温 1h后空冷 ,铝板材的再结晶晶粒组织细小均匀 ,平面塑性各向异性△γ>0且达到最低值 ,断口中的韧窝无明显的大块夹杂与缩气孔存在 ,断裂方式以穿晶微孔聚集型为主 ,综合力学性能较好。 The effects of mid-annealing on microstructure,mechanical properties and plastic strain ratio of aluminum sheet used for easy-open can prepared by high-efficient melt treatment were investigated in the paper. The optimal process of mid-annealing, i.e. air-cooling after holding for 1h at 430℃, was obtained. Treated by the optimal process, the aluminum sheet had fine and uniform recrystallization grains, and its anisotropy of planar-plasticity (△γ>0) was the lowest. Thus, the better synthetical mechanical properties were obtained. There were no obvious chunks of inclusions and gas-holes in the fracture, and the fracture mode of the material was mainly the congregation of transgranular micro-hole.
