德育工作现代化之我见

Modernization for the work of mortality education

德育必须面向现代化。德育工作者应努力树立开放性的社会德育观 ,树立培养青少年人文精神的现代德育观 ,树立讲究德育内化效应和长远效应的科学德育观 ,必须从面向现代化的角度扩增德育内容 ;同时还应提高教育技能 ,熟练掌握现代化工具 ,不断拓宽自身知识面。

Mortality educator should uphold opening concept of social mortality education, stick to the modern concept to cultivate humanism spirit of adolescents, adhere scientific concept of internalization effect and long-term effect and enlarge the area of mortality education from the point of modernization. In the meanwhile, the motality educator should promote the education skill, master modern means proficiently and widen knowledge scope of educator in order to realize the modernization of mortality education.
