不断开拓高校后勤社会化改革新局面 ,一直是从事高校后勤改革同仁面临的课题。针对当前高校后勤社会化改革存在的思想认识 ,从强调必须始终保持与时俱进的精神状态入手 ,结合实际工作中出现一些问题 ,提出在实施观念更新、体制创新、工作出新等方面的一些思考。

To create new setup of rear|service socialization reformation is a new subject to the staff who engage in rear|service in colleges for many years. The author put forward some propositions on concept refreshment, system creation and working creation according to some problems in the working reality from the start of strengthening the spirit of going forth with times.
