摘要
以水为介质 ,MMA单体在一定条件下 ,通过原位聚合使镉系颜料微胶囊化 ,制得超浓缩色母粒 .研究了不同温度、不同气氛、不同引发剂及投加量对单体转化率的影响 ,并对反应机理进行了探讨 .
Cadmium dyestuff can be microcapsulned by in-situ polymerization of MMA (Methyl Methacrylate) with H 2O as medium and given conditions.Super enriched dyestuff material grains are made. The article studies the effect on the MMA′s rate of transformation under different reaction temperatures,different ambiences and different sorts and quantity of initiators,also it discusses the reaction principle.
