摘要 螺旋传动是利用螺杆和螺母组成的螺旋副来实现传动要求的 ,它主要用于将旋转运动变为直线运动 ,同时传递运动和力 根据效率的计算方法 ,并结合螺旋传动的型式、特点 ,运用计算机技术、传感器技术 ,设计出了滑动螺旋效率现代测试系统 ,可测量矩形螺纹、梯形螺纹和锯齿形螺纹螺旋传动效率 ,经济地解决了传动效率测试问题 该系统通过控制箱实现螺纹在一定负载下匀速间歇往复运动 ,利用智能转矩转速传感器不断采集数据 ,通过数据转换与计算 ,自动绘制效率曲线 实践表明 ,系统方案合理 ,螺旋副更换方便 ,测量数据准确 。 The helical transmission uses a pair of screw and nut to meet the requirements of transmission, which are mainly used to change rotary movements into linear movements, at same time, transmitting motion and force. According to the method to calculate efficiency and taking the characteristics and forms of the transmission, the authors designed a simple and convenient measuring system, which can make the helical burr under fixed load move reciprocally and continuously, under the control of control-box, collect data through sensor and draw an efficiency picture automatically. The system not only can measure the helical transmission efficiency of rectangular screw thread,zigzag screw thread and trapeziform screw thread,but also is convenient to change the helical apparatus. The experiment shows that it is reasonable and the data given by the system is accurate.
