摘要
目的 探讨杜仲叶醇在治疗糖尿病 (DM)合并去势大鼠骨质疏松症中的作用。方法 3月龄雌性Wistar大鼠 50只 ,随机分成五组 ,每组 1 0只 (正常对照组、DM模型组、DM模型加中药组、DM合并去势组及DM合并去势加中药组 )。用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素法制备DM大鼠模型 ,在此基础上用切除大鼠双侧卵巢的方法建立DM合并去势大鼠骨质疏松模型 ,以杜仲叶醇提取物为实验药物 ,通过测定各组大鼠的股骨线密度、面密度及雌激素含量 ,研究杜仲对DM合并去势大鼠骨质疏松症的作用。结果 杜仲叶醇提取物能提高DM合并去势大鼠的股骨线密度、面密度及其血清雌二醇含量。结论 杜仲叶醇提取物可阻止DM合并去势大鼠骨丢失 ,并具有类雌激素样作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of eucommia leaves on the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in castrated rat with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods 50 female rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,the model of DM rat was made by injecting strepozotocin and the model of castrated rat with DM was made by resecting two sides ovary of DM rats.The density of femur and content of estrogen were determined to observe the effect on preventing and treating osteoporosis.Results Eucommia leaves can increase the density of femur and content of estradiol in blood serum.Conclusions Eucommia leaves can prevent the loss of bone in castrated rat with DM and have the like-estrogen effect.
