[目的 ]了解宁波农村居民伤害情况及常见伤害种类和原因 ,为采取干预措施提供依据。 [方法 ]采用整群随机抽样方法 ,回顾调查了鄞州区 15 2 7户 40 3 7名居民 1年中伤害的发生情况。[结果 ] 1年内共发生伤害 10 5 2次 ,伤害总发生率为 2 6 0 6% ,居前 5位的是跌伤 ( 7 48% )、刀割伤 ( 6 91% )、交通伤 ( 3 94% )、碰撞伤 ( 3 2 5 % )和烧烫伤( 2 0 6% )。发生率男性高于女性 ,婴幼儿及中老年人发生率较高 ,夏秋季为高。平均每例伤害发生者需休息 8 1d ,活动受限 8 4d ,直接医疗费用 2 5 1 9元。[结论 ]伤害在农村居民中常见且多发 ,对发生者、家庭和社会带来巨大负担 。
