生态环境保护和建设是我国西部大开发的重要战略之一,云南省金沙江流域是长江上游生态脆弱地区,也是生态环境保护和建设的重点地区.在实地调研的基础上分析云南省金沙江流域地区的生态环境状况,探讨该区域生态环境建设中存在的主要问题,并提出了进一步加强该地区生态环境建设的对策建议.

The ecological environment conditions of Jinshajiang River valleys of Yunnan Province are analyzed based on the authors research and study on the spot. The main problems in the process of the keystone programs of the ecological environment construction, such as Program for Natural Forest Conservation and Program for Return the Cultivated Land for Forest and Grass are put in practice, And it gives some important policies and countermeasure advices to strengthen the ecological environment construction more in the region.
