Studies on Synthesis of Monooctadecyl Succinate

以环己烷为惰性溶剂 ,吡啶为催化剂 ,采用均相法合成了丁二酸单十八酯 ,通过对反应介质、反应条件的选择和用红外、核磁等对终产物的分析表明 ,酯化反应按所设计的路线进行。该法具有操作简便 ,反应条件温和 ,所用的溶剂介质和催化剂可以循环使用 ,单酯化产物纯度高等优点 ,具有一定的工业应用价值。

A synthetic method of preparing monooctadecyl succinate was exploited using succinic anhydride and octadecanol as raw materials and hexamethylene as the reaction medium. The effects of medium, reaction temperature and time, a nd catalyst concentration on the esterification reaction are investigated and di scussed. The synthetic method was easy to operate and highly productive, and had prospects of industrial applications.
