摘要
目的:探讨儿童1型糖尿病发病机理与瘦素的相互关系。方法:应用放射免疫分析的方法,对32例儿童1型糖尿病(其中20例用胰岛素治疗前后)和30例正常对照者血清当中的瘦素和C-肽水平进行检测分析。结果:儿童1型糖尿病患者血清中瘦素及C-肽水平与正常对照组比较有显著性差异,20例患者治疗前后瘦素、C-肽水平有显著性变化,且瘦素、C-肽水平变化呈正相关,瘦素/C-肽的比值与正常对照组及治疗后比较有显著性改变。结论:瘦素参与儿童1型糖尿病发病,瘦素水平的变化可能与1型糖尿病的发生、发展及并发症的发生有着十分密切的关系。
Objective: To explore the relationship between leptin and the occurrence of children with type 1 diabetic mellitus (DM). Methods: The levels of serum leptin and c- peptide(C-P)in 32 type 1 DM children (including 20 before and after insulin treatment) and 30 normal controls were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results: We found that there was significant difference in Serum leptin and C-P between type1 DM children and normal controls, also in 20 DM children before and after treatment . It showed a positive correlation between leptin and C-P. The changes of the leptin/C-P ratio in DM children compared with normal controls and that before and after treatment were also significantly differencese. Conclusion: Leptin may act importantrole in the occurrence of children with typel DM and there is a close relationship between the variation of serum leptin and the occurrence, development, and progress of complications in children with DM.
