个人预防接种信息管理系统的研发

作者研究创建并开发了预防接种信息管理系统和电子接种证,能解决预防接种实际工作中所遇到的各种问题与困难。如各种疫苗预防接种的覆盖面、及时性、全程率和低弱反应者复种等方面,,都能得到科学的有效监管,使整个预防接种工作都能有所保障,从而有效提高预防接种的质量。同时本系统还能通过收集和统计分析各种接种监测数据,对卫生防疫机构科学利用有关数据和政府决策发挥重要作用。本系统的应用和推广可改变预防接种领域信息手段与管理方法落后的现状,对卫生防病工作的发展产生积极作用。

The authors established and developed the administrative system of the information about the personal prophylactic inoculation and the electronic inoculation certificate.This system could resolve various problems and difficulties encountered in practical works.Such as the cover rate,time effectiveness, whole course rate and the reinoculation to the low and weak reactors etc. would be got scientific and effective supervision and the whole oriphy-lactic inocrlation works would be guaranteed. Thereby, the quality of the prophylactic inoculations would be effectively raised, Al the same time, the system could yet collect and analyse various supervisory data to play an important role in giving free rein to divide concerned data for scientific utilixation by the ami - epidemic instiutio and for the scientific steategic decisions of the governments. The application and popularixation kf the system could change the present backward situation of the information medium and administeative method in the fields of prophylactic inoculation and bring about positive effects to the development of the sanitary and disease preventive works.
