某区医疗机构法定传染病漏报调查分析

ANALYSIS OF THE MIS-REPORTED CASES OF NOTIFIABLE INFECTIOUS DISEASES OF HOSPITALS IN A DISTRICT

目的 :分析罗湖区法定传染病漏报情况 ,为制订传染病防治策略提供理论依据。方法 :按照传染病漏报调查方案进行 ,并将结果进行统计分析。结果 :总漏报率为 0 .31% ,其中门诊漏报率为 0 .89%。传染病报告卡完整率为 96 .6 2 % ,准确率为 99.5 8% ,及时报告率为 97.89%。结论 :应不断完善报告制度 ,提高报告质量以降低传染病发病率。

Objective:To investigate the status on the mis-reported cases and furnish theoretical foundation for the control of infectious diseases..Methods:According to the researchment methods of mis-reported infectious diseases,we analyse on the results.Results:The total mis-reported rate was 0.31%,the mis-reported rate in clinics was 0.89%.96.62% cards of reporting infectious diseases were filled completely. The correct rate was 99.58% and reporting rate in time was 97.89%. Conclusions: The reporting system should be improved and the quality should be enhanced so as to lower the incidence of infectious diseases.
