摘要
目的 :为探讨柄海鞘矿质元素含量及其药物功效。方法 :采用 ICP- AEC法对柄海鞘所含矿质元素进行了分析 ,并以高脂饮食导致高脂血症、高血压、高胰岛素血症的大鼠为动物实验模型 ,观察饲料中添加海鞘对模型大鼠血脂、血压、胰岛素的影响。结果 :发现在此种柄海鞘中多种人体必须微量元素的含量远高于海水 ,表明其富集矿质元素的能力较强。结论 :动物实验初步发现柄海鞘对高脂模型大鼠具有调节血脂 ,降低血压 ,升高胰岛素敏感指数的作用 ,柄海鞘具有较高的开发应用价值。
Objective:To provide necessary evidence for studying the pharmacological and clinical effectiveness of styela clava. Methods:The quantities of 21 chemical elements in styela clava were determined. Results: It was found that the quantities of several mineral elements in it were higher than that in sea,which indicated styela clava had a relatively high ability to concentrate mineral elements.In animal assays,rat models with hyperlipidemia,highpertension and high insulin were selected to observe effect of the feed with styela clava to the level of lipidemia,blood pressure and insulin in rat models. Conclusions: Styela clava showed abilities to adjust lipidemia,reduce blood pressure,and increase index of insultin sensitivity for rat models.
