流行性乙型脑炎灭活疫苗免疫接种反应观察

ANALYSIS OF VACCINAL EFFECTS OF JAPANESE ENCEPHALITIS VIRUS INACTIVED VACCINE

目的 :了解目前流行性乙型脑炎 (乙脑 )灭活疫苗的免疫接种反应。方法 :对山东省临沂市河东区对 4 0 4 87接种人次进行了观察。观察对象为 1～ 5岁儿童。 1岁初免 2针 ,2岁和 5岁各加强免疫 1针 ,均为 0 .5 m l。结果 :乙脑灭活疫苗的一般接种反应发生率 2 0 0 0年为 2 .0 7% ,2 0 0 1年为 2 .4 9% ,异常反应发生率分别为 14 .4 9/ 10万、 15 .17/ 10万 ,以发热和全身过敏性皮疹反应为主 ,大年龄组明显高于小年龄组。结论 :在实施免疫接时严格执行卫生部 1998年颁发的乙脑灭活疫苗免疫接种程序是安全的。

Objective:To study the vaccinal effects of Japanese encephalitis virus inactived Vaccine.A total number of 40484 1～5 years old children were vaccinated and observed in Hedong section.Methods :1～5 years old children were inoculated with vaccine manufactured by Beijing Biological Products Institute.The children of one years old received two primary dose inactived vaccine(1.0ml) and the children at two and five years old respectively given one dose(0.5ml).Side effects of inactived vaccine had been under surveillance for two years. Results: Virus inactived vaccine was listed as follows:In 2002 and 2001,the incidence of normal effects were 2.07% and 2.49%,the incidence of side effects were 14.49%/100000 and 15.17/100000 and the oldr was higher than yonger.The main clinical features were high fever and anaphy laxis on side effects. Conclusion: The results confirmed that Japanese encephalitis virus inactived vaccine is safe for children by the normal vaccinal method.
