摘要
利用在氨性条件下2,5-二巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑对焦性没食子酸-H2O2-Co(II)体系的化学发光具有抑制作用,从而建立了测定2,5-二巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑的流动注射分析方法,该法线性范围为1.0×10-3-1.0×10-4mol/L;相对标准偏差为3.6%;检出限为5.8×10-6mol/L.
When 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole(DMTZ) was added to the system of pyrogallol(Pyrogallic acid)-H2O2-Co(Ⅱ), less intensive chemiluminescence was observed. An analytical method for the determination of 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole was given. There is a linear relationship between the intensity of chemiluminescence and the concentration of 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole in the range of 1.0×10-3~1.0×10-4mol/L. The detection limit is 5.8×10-6mol/L. The RSD is 3.6%.
