The treatment of pollution is an important task for most enterprises. Environmental cost is a fatal factor in decisions about treatment of pollution. On the basis of recognition and measurement of environmental cost, this paper builds a theoretical analysis framework for environmental treatment decisions, and provides a method for seeking both economic and environmental benefits.
