摘要 40Mn2V氧气瓶钢的生产过程中,影响交货的主要问题是常温冲击韧性有时达不到标准要求。通过力学性能试验、金相组织观察和电子探针分析研究了冲击韧性恶化的原因。结果表明,钢锭在初轧开坯前的均热过程中,由于加热温度过高引起晶粒粗化是导致成品钢冲击韧性恶化的主要原因。 In the manufacture of 40Mn2V steel for high-pressure gas-holders, a quality problem that the room-temperature inpact toughness of a few heats, were occasionally below the standard requirement was studied by laboratory mechanical tests, metallographic observations and EPMA analysis. Experimental results showed that the impact toughness deterioration of the steel examined after final treatment is attributed to the very coarse grain structure, which is induced by severe overheating of blooms during soaking treatment prior to bloom rolling.
