Present Status and Prospect of RE Compound Industry In China

摘要 从我国稀土资源特点出发 ,介绍了我国稀土化合物的主要生产工艺和企业状况、单一或混合稀土化合物、特殊物理性能的稀土化合物和复合稀土化合物等稀土化合物产品的生产、研发及应用情况。预测了稀土化合物产业的发展趋势 ,并提出我国在该领域应加强应用产品研究开发 ,特别是Ce、La、Y、Pr等稀土元素的应用研究 ,保持稀土元素的消费平衡 ,扩大应用领域 ;提高企业自动控制水平 ,改善产品的稳定性和一致性 ; Based the characteristics of Chinese rare earth resource, several issues about Chinese rare earth compounds and the corresponding industry are introduced as follows: the main production processes and enterprises status; the production, R & D and application circumstance of individual or mixed rare earth compounds, multiplex rare earth compounds and rare earth compounds with special physical performance, etc. The development trend of rare earth compound industry is forecast. It is suggested that the research and development of applied products for rare earth elements, especially Ce, La, Y, Pr etc., should be enhanced and the applied fields should be extended to keep the balance of the consumption of all rare earth elements. The automatic control level of the enterprises should be improved to fulfill better stability and consistency of their products. Environment conservation should be paid more attention in production of the rare earth compounds.
