摘要
采用新型的制备技术 (喷雾干燥法 )制备了超细铌酸镁MN粉体 ,研究了制备条件对MN相结构、显微结构以及煅烧条件的影响 ;结果表明 ,喷雾干燥法制得的MN粉体组成稳定 ,粉体均匀 ,活性高 ,煅烧温度比正常的固相合成法降低了 3 0 0℃左右 。
A new manufacture technology, spray drying method was adopted to prepare ultra fine MgNb 2O 6 powders. The effect of preparation condition on the phase structure, microstructure and sintering of MgNb 2O 6 were studied in detail. The results indicate that the MgNb 2O 6 powders made by spray drying method have many virtues, such as steadily formation, symmetrical particles and high activity. The synthesis temperature is 300 ℃ lower than that for conventional milled oxide method, so the cost of production will be reduced.
