摘要
研究了紫外分光光度法测定食品中防腐剂 (苯甲酸 )的含量。样品中苯甲酸的最小检出量为 0 .0 0 10mg/ml,回收率为 98%。该方法简便易行 。
The paper introduces the ultraviolet spectrophotometric d et ermination of preservative benzoic acid within foods.As a result,the detective l imit of benzoic acid in the sample is 0.0010mg/ml and the rate of recovery is ab out 98%.This method has priority on sensitive,rapid and accurate performaces.
