摘要
电子文件作为现代技术革命的产物已经越来越受到人们的重视 ,本文对近年来中外电子文件定义的研究作了简要分析 。
The paper reviews the definition research on computer fil es recently,and discusses the fictitious features of computer files and its differ ence from the electronic archives.
