摘要 通过对不同热处理后2Cr12NiMo1W1V钢的组织分析与应力松弛试验。分析了2Cr12NiMo1W1V钢奥氏体化温度相回火温变对材料应力松弛性能的影响,认为对于2Cr12NiMo1W1V钢,提高奥氏体化温度和回火温度将有利于获得高的应力松弛抗力。另外,2Cr12NiMo1W1V钢的松弛第二阶段应力时间关系可以直线方程表示,其斜率为与第二相粒子对位错运动抗力有关的参数。 The microstructure aralysis and stress ralaxation test were performed on AISI 616 steel using different austenitizing tempenature and temering temperature. The effects of austenitizing temperature and tempering temperature on stress ralaxation property were investigated for AISI 616 steel. The results showed that the good stress ralaxation preperty was obtained by increasing austenitizing temperature (980~1100℃) and tempering temperature (660~700℃). In addition to this, the relation of stress to time of ralaxation at secondary stage could be a linear equation, its slope was constand relating to resistance of second phase particles on dislocation movement.
