中西医结合治疗胃大部切除术后胃排空障碍体会

Treatment of functional delayed gastric emptying by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine after subtotal gastrectomy

目的 :针对胃大部切除术后胃排空障碍的发病原因 ,探讨中西医结合治疗的方法。方法 :对以胃大部切除术后发生胃排空障碍 19例病人 ,随机分为两组 ,对照组 10例采用常规的方法治疗 ,治疗组 9例采用中西医结合的方法治疗 ,比较两组疗效。结果 :中西医结合的方法治疗效果显著 ,优于常规治疗的效果 (P <0 0 5 )。结论

Objective:To analyze integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine of functional delayed gastric emptying after subtotal gastrectomy.Methods:19 patients of functional delayed gastric emptying after subtotal gastrectomy were randomly divided into two groups.In control group( n =10) general treatment was taken alone and in treatment group( n =9) integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was used.Then the effect was analyzed.Results:The therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on functional delayed gastric emptying after subtotal gastrectomy was better than that of general treatment( P <0 05).Conclusion:The integrated treatment of functional delayed gastric emptying after subtotal gastrectomy can have satisfactory effect.
