摘要
主要研究了Zn-Al-Si合金中含硅量对合金的耐磨性、强度的影响,并讨论了配偶件(盘)硬度及施加于耐磨试样(销)上的载荷对Zn-Al-Si合金磨损的影响。发现适量的硅能有效改善该合金的耐磨性。还对Zn-Al-Si合金进行了变质处理研究,在提高该合金的机械性能方面,获得了积极的结果。
The paper deals with the investigation for the effect of Si content, the contact stress at the surface of sample (pin) and the hardness of counter part (disc) on the wear rate of Zn-Al-Si alloys. It has a proper content of Si that will effectively improve thc wear performance of this type alloy. The inoculation of the Zn-Al-Si alloy is also examined and some positive results which improve the mechanical and wear behaviours of this type alloy have been obtained.
