血管生成素-2在人肝细性肝癌组织表达情况的研究

Study on the expression of angiopoietin-2 in human hepatocellular carcinoma

目的 :探讨血管生成素 2 (angiopoietin 2 ,Ang 2 )在肝细胞性肝癌 (hepatocellularcarcinoma ,HCC)血管生成中的作用。方法 :应用免疫组织化学方法检测Ang 2、CD 34在 34例人HCC及其癌旁组织的表达 ,并分析Ang 2、CD 34的表达水平与肿瘤生物学行为的相关性。 结果 :(1)CD 34在HCC表达明显 (P <0 0 1) ,而在癌旁组基本弱阳性表达 ;(2 )Ang 2在HCC组织明显表达 ,而在癌旁组织表达较少。 结论 :人HCC血管生成增加 ,Ang 2和肝癌的血管生成相关 。

Objective:Speculate the role of Ang 2 expression in humanhepatocellular carcinoma.Mothods:Used the immunohistochemistry to detect the Ang 2?CD 34 expression between human hepatocellular cacinoma and side liver specimen.Resuts:(1)CD 34 significantly expressed in HCC( P <0 01),but was not expressed in side liver specimen;(2)Ang 2strongly expressed in HCC,but weakly expressed in side liver specimen.Conclusion:Angiogenesis is significantly in HCC,Ang 2expression in human HCC is closely related to angiogenesis,and involve in the regulating the angiogenesis of HCC.
