摘要
通过光学金相、扫描电镜及电子探针等技术对机车柴油机主轴瓦的显微组织作了研究,着重分析了镍栅层的组织和作用。结果表明,轴瓦的寿命与镍栅层的成分,形貌和元素的扩散有着密切的关系。
In this paper, the microstructure of the main bearing of locomotive diesel engines are studied by means of optical metallography, scanning electron microscope and electron probe microanalysis techniques, special attention to the analysis of the function and microstructure of the nickel-barrier layer has been paid. Results show that the bearing life is closely connected with the composition and appearance of the nickel-barrier layer and diffusion of the elements.
