缬沙坦对原发性高血压患者降压疗效及对左室肥厚的逆转作用

Antihypertension and Remodeling Hypertrophied Ventricular in Patients with Essential Hypertension by Valsartan

目的 观察缬沙坦对原发性高血压患者降压疗效及对左室肥厚的逆转作用。方法 72例患者口服缬沙坦 80mg每d 1次 ,治疗 8周 ,用动态血压仪记录缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压患者的降压效果 ,用超声心动图测量原发性高血压患者的左心室肥厚的改善情况。结果 缬沙坦可使 2 4h血压平稳下降 ,且左室重量指数较治疗前减低(P <0 0 5 )。结论 缬沙坦能有效地控制原发性高血压患者血压的升高 ,且对左室肥厚有逆转作用。

Objective To investigate the antihypertensive effects of valsartan and the effects on reducing left ventricular hypertrophy in essential hypertension.Methods 72 patients with essential hypertension were given valsartan 80 mg once daily for 8 weeks.The blood pressure was recorded by ABPM,after 8 weeks' treatment.Comparsion of thickness of ventricle by heart Doppler ultrasound was made at the same time.Results After 8 weeks' therapy,the left ventricular mass indices were reduced ( P <0 05).Conclusions Valsartan treatment in patients with essential hypertension not only decreases the hypertension but also remodels the hypertrophied ventricle.
