摘要
目的 探讨人参二醇组皂甙 (Panaxadiolsaponins ,PDS)对肾小管细胞增殖的影响。方法 应用噻唑蓝 (thia zollblue ,MTT)染色法观察PDS对正常的和庆大霉素 (Gentamicin ,GM)损伤的肾小管细胞增殖的影响。结果和结论 在一定浓度范围内 (5～ 2 5 μg/ml)PDS促进正常肾小管细胞增殖 ,10 μg/mlPDS作用最明显。PDS浓度过高 (>75μg/ml)则抑制其生长 (P <0 .0 5 )。
Objective To clarify the effects of PDS on proliferation of renal tubular cells.Methods The proliferation of renal tubular cells were observed by MTT staining method.Results and Conclusions PDS at doses of 5～25 μg/ml promoted significantly the proliferation of normal renal tubular cells, moreover, PDS promoted the proliferation of renal tubular cells injured by Gentamicin.
