冷冻保存血清对7种酶活性的影响

Effects of Seven Enzyme Activities in Blood Serum Restored by Cryopreservation

目的 研究冷冻保存对血清酶活性测定结果的影响。方法 对采自 5 0名健康体检者的血清冷冻前后几种酶蛋白的活性进行测定 ,了解冷冻对 7种酶蛋白测定结果的影响。结果 谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、肌酸激酶、γ 谷氨酰转移酶、淀粉酶冷冻保存血清测定值与当日测定值之间无显著性差异 ,乳酸脱氢酶、碱性磷酸酶冷冻保存测定值与当日测定值之间无显著性差异。结论 冷冻保存可能对血清中大部分酶的活性无影响 ,而对某些酶却有影响。

Objective To study the influences of the determinate results of enzyme activities in cryopreservation blood serum.Methods Detected seven enzyme activities of 50 healthy persons'(25 males and 25 females)blood serum both cryopreservation and in normal.Results There were no significant differences of the determinate results among glutanic pyruvic transaminase(GPT),glutamic oxal(0)acetic transaminase(GOT),creatine phosphokinase(CPK),amylase or γ thansglutaminase,and there were no significant differences between lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and alkaline phosphatase.Conclusions The results show that cryopreservation will affect the results in various enzymes,to which should be given attentions in clinical applications
