摘要
对比调质、调质加固体润滑、硫碳氮共渗、硫碳氮共渗及固体润滑复合处理钢表面的抗咬合性能和抗腐蚀性能,并从微观进行了探索分析,认为硫碳氮共渗及固体润滑复合处理的钢的表面具有良好的综合性能。
This paper deals with the study on adhesive wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and the micromechanism of steel surfaces, which have been treated with the aid of the following four operations: 1. quenching + tempering. 2. quenching + tempering + solid dry film lubricating. 3. sulphidizing. 4. sulphidizing+solid dry film lubricating. It is dcnotcd the result of the 4th operation is the best.
