摘要
针对我国高校长期以来在引智管理工作方面尚未形成统一的与可操作的定量评价体系的现况,建立了"引智绩效评价指标体系",利用层次分析法(AHP)确立了各指标权重,利用加权平均法确定高校引智工作所属的等级论域,利用计算机模拟实现.
An uniform and practical quantitative evaluation system on introducing overseas experts has been not set up for a couple of years. Hence we argued that 'Performance Evaluation System on Introducing Overseas Intelligence' should be urgently set up. The weight of each index is figured by AHP, and the university's ranking domain is set up with the weighted average. Then operating automation is realized by the computer program.
