提高1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢波纹管成品率的途径

摘要 针对我国1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢波纹管的问题,提出了提高波纹管成品率的途径,使成品率稳定提高到80%以上。研究结果表明,材料成分、夹杂、酸洗及组织不均匀是影响成品率的主要因素,适当控制材料成分和波纹管加工工艺可显著提高波纹管液压成型的成品率。 A series of factors influencing the prodnction of 1 Cr 18 Ni 9 Ti stainless steel ripple pipes was investigated. The methods of increacing the finished product rate were recommended and make the rate come up to 80%. The results showed that the composition of the steel, impurities, acid pickling process as well as non-uniform structure were main factors influencing the rate of finished products. Controlling the composition of the steel and process technology properly could greatly increase the rate Of finished prodncts hydraulic forming.
