摘要
在微波催化下,己二酸和乙醇为主要原料合成了己二酸二乙酯采用正交设计法对反应条件进行了优化,找出了最佳反应条件,并对反应时间、微波辐射强度、酸醇比等因素对产量的影响进行了讨论.
Using microwave catalysis, diethyl adipate was synthesized by the esterification of adipic acid with alcohol. The optimum conditions of the possess was determined by the orthogonal experimental design. The influences of such factors as reaction time, microwave power, ratio of acid to alcohol, etc, on the yield were discussed.
