摘要
从服务内容、服务方式、服务理念等方面探讨了期刊的读者服务工作变革,并提出了适应变革的对策,包括:改变服务理念,优化服务态度;调整、创新服务模式,提高服务质量;培养复合型人才,提升服务水平。
This paper probes into periodicals' reader service from service contents, service methods and service conceptions, and puts forward some countermeasures suitable to the transformation, including changing service conceptions and optimizing service attitude, adjusting and innovating service methods and improving service quality, training compound-type talents and increasing service level.
