阐述了住区规划与社区规划两个概念的差异,通过对近年来我国社区建设发展现状的分析,并结合我国城市的社会构成及其演化趋势,论述了公众参与社区规划的重要性。从社会、经济、文化的层面上提出了一些看法和建议,以供城市规划人员及城市管理人员参考。

This paper expounds the two concepts of the house area and the community and their differences and, through analysis on the developing situation of our country's community construction in resent years and connecting with municipal social composition of our country and its evolutionary trends, discusses on the importance of public participation in community planning, and puts forward some opinions and suggestions from social, economic and cultural levels.
